It has been quite some time since I had updated this blog a couple months back.... So we had a farewell party with XR few weeks back (2 weeks before we headed to Perth) due to her early departure to Melbourne, Australia to further her studies. Some of us were pretty busy (Alvin, Annie and Kin Yew have started working by then) and we couldn't allocate much time. As such, left with no options, we had decided to have a short gathering a.k.a. dinner together. Dinner was at Aroy Chang Moo Kata, Alvin was late due to work, Kin Yew couldn't make it due to work as well. *No photos as everyone was so hungry and started to dig in...*
Right after the dinner, we've decided to head to Gurney Plaza for a short walk as well as break for our stomach. As planned, we slowly approached to this place- Crepe Cottage for our desserts. Plain water was served as palate cleanser, how kind and thoughtful of them?
Just a few photos for the desserts we had tasted that night. They were okay and most importantly, cheap! The only draw back could be the seating as space was obviously very limited and it can be very crowded during weekends. Not too shabby and i will definitely head back to check more of their menu when i have the chance in the near future.
The night was still young before we call it a night. As it was meant for XR, we had decided to head to this Jelutong Promenade for some photo sessions, for your information, this was the place where we had our very first outing together. We did encountered some massive jam at Penang but glad that we've managed to pull through and gathered at that place.
Well that pretty much sums up the night, ZC has went back to China as well. Most of us have already found ourselves some jobs, i guess everyone is going to be pretty busy with their own lives. Oh well, life goes on. I hereby wish everyone the best, especially Xiao Rong at Melbourne and Win Sam at Perth, all the best and graduate with flying colors!
