Woke up quite late due to having hard time recovering from the tiredness incurred...anyway, the three of us were well-known as the "sleep late, wake up late" clan. It was nearly noon the time we woke up, brunch was easy, just some random porridge stall downstairs, nearby the hotel.
Rather to label it as porridge outlet, it was more to a traditional Hong Kie breakfast outlet. So basically they are offering various kinds of porridge, fried bee hoon, fried noodles, steamed chee cheong fun, cakes and local delicacies etc.....Nothing to shout over the porridge and noodles/bee hoon, they were decent, the most interesting part was the steamed chee cheong fun. It was so different from the one we had in Penang, you can add as much sauce as u like onto the chee cheong fun, as well as the sesame seeds, totally buffet sauce huh. Cheap and satisfying breakfast.
More shopping going on ~~, shop, shop, shop, until i drop drop drop. Smokers are all over Hong Kong, they puff away the smoke like there is no tomorrow, hoping to meet on the journey to hell. So yea, you will definitely have to be smart and avoid that. Shopping was fun (duh) anyway :D
Dessert at the famous Hui Lau Shan (许留山) with high expectations since been hearing about it since long ago. The desserts were a mere disappointing, especially most of them were just fresh fruits with some random fruit juices. Wait, what ? Yea, using fruits juice to complement the fruits back is like licking your own shit.
Dinner was damn naise, we spent a total of HKD600 plus for steamboat, they even charged for the steamboat soup bases. Of course, every single plate of ingredients was damn fresh and mouth-watering. One thing impressive, one needs to queue up for the steamboat every night, especially during dinner time, can imagine how good their business can be huh.....That pretty much concluded Day 5, Day 6 will be orgasm-ically exciting....
